SEM Senior Lead

The SEM Senior Lead is a highly experienced professional with a proven track record of success in leading and managing complex paid search campaigns. They will be responsible for overseeing the execution and optimization of Search programs, developing creative and messaging strategies, and managing the relationship with the product feed management partner. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop media plans, analyze performance metrics, and offer recommendations to boost client revenue.

Responsibilities:


• Command the execution and enhancement of Search programs, overseeing the optimization, implementation, and analysis of marketing activities.
• Lead creative and messaging strategies that adhere with Google and Microsoft best practices and the client’s business goals.
• Establish strategies related to keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other aspects of paid search, always in alignment with client goals.
• Collaborate across teams to develop media plans and provide forecasts to clients.
• Observe and assess search results and performance metrics, offering cross-channel recommendations to boost client revenue and optimize investment returns.
• Lead the Shopping and Performance Max campaigns and manage the relationship with the product feed management partner.
• Deliver comprehensive search training and contribute to the leadership of departmental initiatives.
• Integrate complex technical solutions to develop bespoke client solutions, facilitating business growth.
• Manage client relationships effectively, setting expectations and keeping them informed of campaign updates and performances.
• Own the relationships with Google and Bing account teams and various tool providers.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience working with product feeds and Google Merchant Center.
• Robust experience with analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe) and a deep understanding of tagging, floodlights, and Google Campaign Manager.
• Proficient in communicating to a diverse array of stakeholders using tools like Keynote or PowerPoint.
• Capable of offering thought leadership within the paid search landscape.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel or SQL, with the ability to
interpret data and weave a comprehensive, digestible narrative for stakeholders.
• Self-starter with an eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Power user of SA360 with experience in efficiently scaling optimizations for enterprise level clients
