Director, Analytics
The Digital Co is looking for a Analytics Director to join our growing Analytics and Data Science practice. Our team is responsible for developing dynamic analytics solutions that integrate performance metrics across multiple digital marketing channels including Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Social Media, Affiliate, Brand and Mobile. The Insights and Analytics practice represents a differentiated, revenue driving capability for TDC and is recognized for driving measurement thought leadership across the agency, our client base, and the broader
industry. The Director will play a leadership role in scoping, designing, developing, and delivering analytics solutions to our clients and will be responsible for developing and managing the core Analytics team. This role is highly visible, cross-functional with collaboration across internal teams and client-facing with current and prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively managing client-facing analytics strategy
• End-to-end project management; developing project plans (including scope definition, timelines, and deliverables), monitoring progress, providing client status updates, QA analytics solutions, delivering final results to client
• Aligning project expectations of agency, client, and partner stakeholders
• Clearly articulating project goals and objectives to technical and non-technical audiences
• Assisting with business development for analytical and integrated solutions projects, including RFP response and sales presentations
• Developing thought leadership on marketing measurement best practices and providing client recommendations to support their business objectives
Skills & Experience:
• 7 years of related work experience in analytics, consulting, product management or
related field, plus 2 years of supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters degree preferred
• Ability to take abstract business problems and structure/implement an analytical
approach that will address the issue for the client
• High level of business acumen; preferably experience in a fast-moving B2C industry
• Working knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and
marketing measurement approaches
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools (e.g. Datorama, Data Studio)
• Strong communication and written presentation skills, with proficiency in either
PowerPoint or KeyNote
• Demonstrated ability to support business development to successfully close new
business
• Demonstrated ability to drive alignment between client needs and business capabilities
• Strong presentation skills with proficiency in either PowerPoint or KeyNote
• Experience building relationships in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
• High level of emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate with others
