As our Senior Lead for Client Strategy, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction for our clients! This position will see you orchestrating the development of robust media plans, honing business goals, and managing budget forecasts. With a firm understanding of performance metrics and a strong focus on continuous improvement, you'll navigate our clients’ internal structures and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. In this dynamic role, you will leverage your leadership skills, industry knowledge, and innovative thinking to create a significant impact on our clients' success and your team's evolution.

Responsibilities:

• Performance media planning and campaign strategy.
• Digital media experience in Brand Media, Paid Social and/or Programmatic.
• Leading a client team of subject matter experts by assessing need, harnessing various skill sets, and turning strategy into execution via actions by him or herself and the team.
• Actively participating in the day-to-day operations of client accounts, including cross- channel / cross-team project management, performance and service integration.
• Communicating strategy and campaign updates to clients via weekly calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Helping develop overarching account strategy and ensuring day-to-day projects drive toward it.
• Accountable for campaign performance, managing spend and budget allocation, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Identifying growth opportunities and implementing initiatives to ensure client goals are met while executing daily account management tactics.
• Contributing to high-impact projects as a Lead level practitioner.
• Leading team meetings and brainstorms in addition to weekly client calls.
• Managing media partners and performance, ensuring client deliverables and goals are being met.

Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in media advertising.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to individually create, or delegate to a team, clear and focused presentations for any audience.
• Proven experience in omni-channel digital marketing and managing digital media campaigns with a strong focus on direct response and online sales/customer acquisition.
• Solid analytical background with experience managing budgets/KPIs from a comprehensive, cross-channel strategy perspective.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Previous involvement with a large retail or eCommerce brand.
• Familiarity with various attribution methods (MTA, MMM & Last Click) to optimize programs efficiently.
• Quick, accurate, and decisive analytical, forecasting, and decision-making skills.

• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills with proficiency in either PowerPoint or Keynote.
